Rules of Conduct

Generally, the rules of our clan are fairly simple.

Have Fun

First and foremost, have fun. If you're not having fun, what's the point. We are a close bunch in WS and we are all into working together as a team.

Conduct

When online and in uniform. Avoid the use of excessive profanity and abusive language and activity. Actions such as this reflect on our clan as a whole. Arguing with idiot's, only lowers you to the level of the idiot. Also accusing people of cheating, without proof makes you look like a cry baby, and will not be tolerated. Battletech related insults such as Freebirth and Stravag etc are permitted and encouraged.

Respect other WS members

At all times, respect your fellow clan members. If you have a problem with a fellow Wolverine, discuss the matter respectfully in private, and never in an open forum. If you cannot resolve the matter peacefully, then go to a senior clan member to resolve it.

Respect senior members and follow orders

As we are a military structure, it is important to follow orders and show respect for those of higher rank. If a senior officer makes a reasonable request of you, please do what they ask. If you do not wish to follow the order, or you have some problem with a senior officer, discuss the matter in private. Never ever ever, argue with a senior officer in front of anyone else. If you do this you will be immediately suspended for 1 week, and possibly ejected from the clan.

Chain of command

Please note the structure of our ranks. When possible, take any needs or questions to your direct supervisor. Every problem does not need to go to the Khan or the Keshik. Let your direct supervisor do his job before moving up the chain of command. If your direct supervisor is not available or does the not resolve your issue or need, then move to the next available officer up the chain of command.

Loyalty

I expect members of Clan Wolverine/WS to remain loyal to this clan. You may fight for other units, in leagues that we do not participate in. However you may never fight for another unit in the same league we fight in. Never share our secrets with another unit.

Spying

In the rare case where we need to spy on another unit, I or the SaKan will assign the member to do so. Do not take it upon yourself to spy on other units.

Duty to Rank

If you hold a rank in this clan, you are required to perform it's duties and serve as an example to those below you. Failure to do so will result in reduction in rank. If you do not have time to perform those duties please do the honorable thing and step down to Mechwarrior Status. If you have sponsored a new member, make sure you train and oversee that person's development through the phases properly.
